We are making great progress with our digital story telling.
Today we learned about how important it is to practise the words we want to say in our story - just like if we want to be great at bowling or doing cartwheels, we need to try over and over and over again, even when we feel like stopping we need to keep making the best effort we can - and it paid off! Today the children were working hard to recite their story without too many 'and thens' or 'ums'
The children also spent time thinking about the best tool for the job - many children want to make their story into a book but have discovered it is much easier to draw the pictures with crayons and then take photos rather than to try and draw on the iPads.
I am proud of the progress the children are making and I'm looking forward to seeing the end results (which are likely to be next term).
